Other marks and logos shown on this website may be marks owned by third parties not affiliated with FANUCI and are used with permission. In addition, if you have purchased FANUCI machine(s), we will also collect relevant machine information in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and/or FANUCI technical requirements when you are possessing and using FANUCI machine(s). 4.3 Following your submission, a Declaration of Consent representing your consent to our collection and processing of your Personal Information, we will collect all kinds of Personal Information relating to the purpose of this Personal Information Protection Policy, including but not limited to:

  10. the information you provide to us such as your contact information, details of any transactions you make, and other information we may obtain when you use or interact with our social media platform official account and any mini-programs operated by us on the social media platforms (including social media platforms applets or other derivative or affiliate programs (applications));

You may voluntarily provide any of the above information. In many cases, if you choose not to provide the above information, we will not be able to provide you with our products or services, or respond to any of your problems or other needs.

5. Statutory Information

If you have purchased FANUCI machine(s), we will also collect and process the regulated machine information and personal information in connection with the FANUCI machine(s) that you have purchased in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and/or FANUCI technical requirements (Please refer to “List of Statutory Information”). You are obligated to cooperate with FANUCI in the collection of such Statutory Information to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

When you resell the purchased FANUCI machine to a third party, you have the obligation to inform such third party that it should reach out to and provide FANUCI the Statutory Information within 30 working days after the completion of the amendment of machine registration.

6. Information Collected Automatically

Cookies: Cookies are small text files stored by your browser that allow us to learn more information about your visit or use of our Services. We may use cookies to remember your Personal Information, and to track your usage of our Services over time. Most browsers automatically accept cookies. We also request that our third-party service providers use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or use. “Phishing” is a scam designed to steal your Personal Information. If you receive a suspicious e-mail, SMS or call that looks like it is from us asking you for your Personal Information, please notify us as provided below in the Contact Us section.

13. Privacy of Minors

Our Services are not intended for use by minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors under the age of 18 without parental or guardian consent. You may inquire into the following personal information retained by FANUCI Global Group: Name, phone number, address, postal code, e-mail, and other applicable personal information.

You may apply to correct the following personal information reserved in FANUCI: Name, phone number, address, postal code, e-mail, and other applicable personal information.

14.4 Right of Contact Channel Block

You may request that the use of your personal information by FANUCI and any other authorized partner of FANUCI through one or more of the following channels be blocked:

Phone call, e-mail, SMS, and post service.

You will have the right to choose whether to receive promotional e-mails or SMS from FANUCI or any other authorized partner of FANUCI. Each promotional e-mail or SMS you receive from us will provide you with a specific opt-out mechanism to allow you to unsubscribe from receipt of these promotional e-mails or SMS.

14.5 Right of Deletion

You may apply to delete your personal information. However, certain systems may not fully support the deletion function at the current stage, therefore we will block or desensitize your personal information.

If the personal information subject to your request is information that FANUCI shall continue to collect, process or retain according to the applicable laws and regulations or regulatory requirements, we may deny your request to the extent so permitted under the applicable laws and regulations or regulatory requirements.

14.6 Right of Account Deletion

After deleting the account, you will not be able to restore the data involved. If you have any virtual asset on the platforms, it will also be emptied and cannot be restored upon account deletion.

14.7 Right of Consent Withdrawal

You may withdraw your consent to the executed FANUCI Personal Information Protection Policy. Upon your withdrawal, your personal information will no longer be used by FANUCI. We will block the channels used by FANUCI to contact you, and delete, block or desensitize your personal information.

For account information in websites or applications of FANUCI, you should log onto these relevant websites to delete the accounts, after you withdraw your consent to the Personal Information Protection Policy.
